To be like Jesus means working together in faith and action.
Our teams provide an opportunity for everyone to use their gifts to make Parklands a place where people encounter God and find community. You can be a part of making that happen!
Our aim is that when you join a team, you feel loved, supported and connected into the life and vision of Parklands. We want our temas to be places where you can grow and be encourage in your faith. It’s also one of the best ways to get to know people!
OUR TEAMS
CHILDRENS TEAM
We want church to be the best time of the week for our children! Our hope is to see them fall in love with Jesus, and for them to be all that God has created them to be. If you’re up for crafts, playing games, sharing stories and having fun, this is the team for you!
COMMUNITY TEAM
We want to love our community boldly and generously! From helping serve the local Foodbank, coffee mornings, lunch clubs, meeting practical needs in our community and being a listening ear, if you have a heart for our local area, join us.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
We want to make people feel like they have come home when they walk through the doors of the church. We want people to feel welcome, at ease, that they are known and belong. If you can offer a smile and pour someone a coffee, we’d love to have you!
MAINTENANCE TEAM
We want our building to look and be it’s best for the activities and gatherings that happen inside and on the property. Whether you’re available one day a year or multiple times a week, we’d love your help.
PASTORAL TEAM
We want to build a culture where each person is cared for, and cares for someone in turn. If you have a passion to meet practical and emotional needs, and have a heart for the lonely, this is for you!
PRAYER TEAM
We want to keep prayer at the forefront of everything we do from one to one prayer, larger gatherings together or being part of the prayer team on a Sunday morning. If you’re a prayer warrior, let us know!
PRODUCTION TEAM
From sound to video, photography and streaming to words, this team is made up of people who want to serve Jesus creatively – join us if you have a lot of experience or none at all and want to learn!
WORSHIP TEAM
We pursue the presence of God together by leading our church in worship. We’re looking for musicians of all levels who have a passion to lead people wholeheartedly into an encounter with Jesus.
YOUTH TEAM
If you have a heart to see the next generation set on fire for Jesus and living out their calling, come be part of the youth team! Opportunities to join our Sunday team or to help at midweek gatherings.

3. Be observed and supported by your team leader
